摘要
目的:观察橡皮生肌膏外敷促进慢性肛裂术后创面愈合的临床疗效。方法:纳入70例慢性肛裂术后受试者并随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组采用橡皮生肌膏治疗,对照组采用创愈宁治疗,观察并记录受试者术后创面疼痛、创面渗液、肉芽组织生长、肛门功能Wexner评分和创面愈合情况。结果:治疗组术后2~7 d创面疼痛评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组术后2~7 d创面渗液减少情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组术后7 d肉芽组织生长优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组术后14 d肛门功能Wexner评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组术后21 d创面愈合比例为77.14%,对照组为54.29%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:橡皮生肌膏用于慢性肛裂术后创面恢复疗效较好,既能减轻术后疼痛,减少创面渗液,又能促进肉芽组织生长,加快术后肛门功能恢复,缩短创面愈合时间,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of rubber muscle ointment in promoting wound healing after chronic fissure surgery.Methods:70patients with chronic fissure were enrolled and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the treatment group was treated with rubber muscle ointment,and the control group was treated with traumatic ning,and the postoperative wound pain,wound exudation,granulation tissue growth,function Wexner score and wound healing were ob-served and recorded.Results:The postoperative wound pain scores of the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the reduction in wound exudate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group 2~7 days after surgery(P<0.05),and the difference between the two was statistically significant(P<0.05)in the treatment group,the granulation tissue growth was better than that in the control group at 7days(P<0.05),and the Wexner score of function in the treatment group was better than that in the control group at 14days postoperatively,and the difference between the two was statistically significant(P<0.05),the proportion of wound healing in the treatment group was 77.14%in the postoperative 21days,and 54.29%in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rubber muscle ointment is used for wound recovery after chronic fissure surgery,which can not only reduce postoperative pain,reduce wound exudation,but also promote the growth of granulation tissue,accelerate the recovery of postoperative function,and shorten the wound healing time,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
