摘要
绿色金融作为乡村振兴推进的资金保障,重要性不言而喻。而“双碳”目标的提出,扩充了绿色金融发展的一个重要方向—碳金融。碳金融的发展不仅能引领乡村的绿色低碳发展,更能够有效助力乡村振兴的实现。因此,本文从绿色金融对乡村振兴的积极推动作用出发,从绿色金融市场有效性不足、绿色金融制度匹配度不高和绿色金融配套保障不健全三个方面深入分析绿色金融助推乡村振兴面临的阻力,并针对性的从提升乡村绿色金融市场有效性、完善乡村绿色金融政策制度和完善绿色金融配套保障三方面提出“双碳”背景下绿色金融助推乡村振兴的路径。
As a financial guarantee for rural revitalization,green finance is of self-evident importance.The proposal of"double carbon"target expands an important direction of green finance--carbon finance.The development of carbon finance can not only lead the green and low-carbon development of rural areas,but also effectively help the realization of rural revitalization.Therefore,starting from the positive role of green finance in promoting rural revitalization,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the obstacles faced by green finance in promoting rural revitalization from three aspects:insufficient effectiveness of green finance market,low matching degree of green finance system and incomplete supporting guarantee of green finance.It also puts forward the path of boosting rural revitalization by green finance under the background of"double carbon"from three aspects:improving the effectiveness of rural green finance market,improving the policy system of rural green finance and improving the supporting guarantee of green finance.
