摘要
某型船线型尖瘦,为保证其下水的安全性,针对其下水状态和结构特点,确定采用全钢梁支撑船体的重力纵向下水工艺。确定下水支反力,采用有限元方法对最大支反力作用下的船体局部强度进行校核,并明确钢梁、钢梁固定工装、滑板和钢珠等的下水布置。该工艺经实船验证其可行性和安全性,可为相似船型下水方法和工艺编制提供参考经验。
In order to ensure the launching safety of a ship with a thin and sharp form,a gravity longitudinal launching technology with full steel beam supporting hull is determined in view of its launching state and structural characteristics.The launching support reaction is determined,the local hull strength under the action of maximum support reaction is checked with the finite element method,and the launching arrangement of steel beam,steel beam fixing equipments,sliding way,and steel balls is defined.The feasibility and safety of the technology are verified by actual ship,which can provide reference experience for the launching methods and technological planning of similar ship forms.
