摘要
大型抓斗船因受挖泥机人字架高度的影响,使其最大高度超出限高,影响船舶在桥区或船闸航区的调遣。为了降低“长鹰50”抓斗船人字架高度,结合挖泥机人字架结构形式,对其进行折倒设计,分析并确定了一种全新的人字架折倒方案,为了确保改造方案人字架的结构强度满足规范要求,对截断处的人字架结构进行加强处理,并采用有限元法对改造方案的结构进行强度校核。计算结果表明,改造方案人字架的结构应力分布合理,强度满足规范要求,折倒改造方案可行,本方案可为挖泥机、起重机等起吊设备人字架改造或设计提供依据。
The maximum height of a large grab dredger exceeds the height limit due to the influence of the A-frame on the dredger,which affects its maneuvering in the bridge area or the navigation area of a ship lock.In order to reduce the height of the A-frame on Grab Dredger Changying 50,a folding A-frame is designed based on the structural type of the A-frame of the dredger.The new folding A-frame is analyzed and verified.In order to ensure that the structural strength of the modified Aframe meets the specified requirements,the A-frame at the folding section is strengthened and the strength of the modified structure is checked by using the finite element method.The calculation results show that the stress in the modified A-frame structure is reasonably distributed;the strength meets the specified requirements,and the folding scheme is feasible,which can provide a practical basis for the modification or design of the A-frame on lifting equipment such as grab dredgers,cranes,etc.
