摘要
为了提高可弯曲带式输送机对煤矿巷道底板起伏的适应能力,设计了一种新型皮带架,实现了皮带架支撑高度随巷道起伏而自适应变化。在现有皮带架的基础上,新型皮带架增加了一种摆动连杆结构和液压蓄能缓冲装置。受支撑轮上外负载影响,皮带架抬高臂随悬挂油缸伸缩而上下摆动,皮带架整体随之高度变化,实现对载荷的自适应。利用有限元分析软件对其极限工况进行静力分析,并提出结构改进方案,确保结果的可用性。由静力分析结果可知,新型皮带架的举升臂最大应力为196 MPa,举升机构后底座的最大应力为253 MPa,满足强度和刚度设计要求。
In order to improve the adaptability of the bendable belt conveyor to the fluctuation of the roadway floor in coal mine,a new type of belt support was designed,which realizes the self-adaptive change of the height of the belt support with the fluctuation of the roadway.The new belt support adds a swing link structure and a hydraulic energy storage buffer device on the basis of the existing belt support.Affected by the external load on the support wheel,the lfting arm of the belt support swings up and down with the expansion and contraction of the suspension cylinder,and the overall height of the belt support changes accordingly,which realizes self-adaptation to the load.The finite element analysis software was used to carry out static analysis of the ultimate working condition,and the structural improvement scheme was proposed to ensure the availability of the results.According to the static analysis results,the maximum stress of the lifting arm of the new belt support is 196 MPa,and the maximum stress of the rear base of the lifting mechanism is 253 MPa,which meets the design requirements of strength and stiffness.
