浅析RJP施工工艺质量控制方法

摘要 RJP施工工艺是一种广泛应用的深地基处理工艺,又称三重管双高压旋喷工法,它是利用超高压喷射流体二次切削破坏土层,通过旋转提升在土体中形成圆柱形加固体的一种地基加固方法。在破坏地基的组织构成的基础上,喷射固化材料,混合搅拌被破坏的土粒子和硬化材料,形成大直径桩体,达到加固地基和止水的目的。 The RJP construction process is a widely used deep foundation treatment process,also known as the triple tube double high pressure rotary jet grouting method.The principle is to use the ultra high pressure jet fluid to cut and destroy the soil layer twice,and form a cylindrical and solid foundation reinforcement method in the soil by rotating and lifting.On the basis of destroying the organizational structure of the foundation,spray solidified materials,mix and stir the damaged soil particles and hardened materials,and form large diameter piles to achieve the purpose of strengthening the foundation and sealing water.
