摘要
为研究超高压旋喷注浆技术在卵石地层PBA工法暗挖车站中的止水效果,开展现场旋喷试验,对常规施工设备进行改进,优化施工步序,实现暗挖车站边导洞狭小空间内的机械化引孔、喷浆成桩作业。试桩结果表明:卵石地层中试桩加固直径均在1 m以上;加固体抗渗系数最大值为2.37×10^(–9) cm/s,满足工程不渗水要求;加固体抗压强度均在24MPa以上,加固效果明显,能有效提高地层的承载力、强度和整体稳定性。首次实现超高压旋喷注浆工艺在北京卵石地层暗挖车站的应用,该方法在万泉河桥站的工程实践中取得了良好的止水效果,对北京地区暗挖车站止水治理具有重要的指导意义。
In order to study the water stop effect of ultra-high pressure rotary jet grouting technology in the underground excavation of station by PBA method in pebble stratum,the on-site rotary jet grouting test was carried out,the conventional construction equipment was improved,the construction sequence was optimized,and the mechanized hole leading and shotcrete pile forming operation in the narrow space of side pilot tunnel of underground excavation station were realized.The test pile results show that the reinforcement diameter of pilot test piles in pebble stratum is more than 1m;the maximum impermeability coefficient of the reinforcement is 2.37×10–9cm/s,meeting the requirements of no water seepage of the project;the compressive strength of the reinforcement is more than 24 MPa,and the reinforcement effect is obvious,which can effectively improve the bearing capacity,strength and overall stability of the stratum.For the first time,the application of ultra-high pressure jet grouting technology in Beijing underground excavation station in pebble stratum has been realized.This method has achieved good water stop effect in the engineering practice of wanquanheqiao station,and has important guiding significance for the water stop treatment of underground excavation station in Beijing.
