摘要
RJP工法桩以设备占地面积小,喷射形成的桩体均匀、质量可靠,对周边环境影响小等优点,多用于深基坑地下连续墙接缝止水、止水帷幕冷缝封堵、深基坑加固等工程。全回转咬合桩作为一种新型基坑围护结构,因施工无噪声、无振动,安全性能高,施工灵活,施工精度高、桩间咬合质量可靠、抗渗能力强等特点,已广泛应用到围护结构工程中。在深基坑工程中将两种工艺结合,可有效、快速解决富水软土地区深基坑围护结构侧壁承压水渗漏问题。
RJP construction method pile has the advantages of small equipment area,uniform pile body formed by spraying,reliable quality and little impact on the surrounding environment.It is mostly used in the deep foundation excavation diaphragm wall joint sealing,water curtain cold joint sealing,deep foundation excavation reinforcement and other projects.As a new type of foundation excavation retaining structure,the full rotation interlocking pile is widely used in the retaining structure engineering because of its characteristics of no noise,no vibration,high safety performance,flexible construction,high construction accuracy,reliable quality of interlocking between piles and strong impermeability.In the deep foundation excavation engineering,through the combination of two technologies,the problem of confined water leakage in the side wall of the retaining structure of the deep foundation excavationin in the water rich soft soil area is solved effectively and quickly,and good results are achieved.
