摘要
在新建隧道下穿既有公路隧道施工时,要保证新建隧道的沉降值在允许范围内,选择合适的施工方法对保证工程质量十分重要。基于某隧道下穿工程,采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件,分析3种开挖方式(全断面法,三台阶法,CRD法)和3种开挖进尺(2m, 3m, 4m)对隧道拱顶沉降量的影响,并展开多工况数值模拟,采用控制变量法对不同净距、不同围岩级别以及不同荷载作用下的下部隧道拱顶的沉降情况展开研究,并结合《隧道变形控制标准》(CJJ/T202-2013)对模拟结果进行分析对比并评价其安全性,结果发现三种方式在该工程背景下均满足安全标准,在不同工况下对其拱顶安全沉降等级的施工方法依次为:CRD法、三台阶法、全段面法。
In the construction of tunneling under the existing highway tunnel,it is very important to ensure the settlement value of the new tunnel within the allowable range,and to choose the appropriate construction method to ensure the quality of the project.Wear under this article is based on a certain tunnel engineering,the FLAC3D numerical simulation software,the analysis of three kinds of excavation method(whole section method,three steps method,CRD method)of three kinds of excavation footage(2 m,3 m,4 m)effect on the tunnel vault subsidence,and expand more numerical simulation of the working conditions by using different method of control variable interval,in the different level of surrounding rock and different loads,Combined with“Tunnel Deformation Control Standard”(CJJ/T202-2013),the simulation results were analyzed and compared to evaluate its safety.The results show that the three methods meet the safety standards under the engineering background.The construction methods for the safety settlement level of the vault under different working conditions are successively CRD method,three steps method and full section surface method.
