摘要
结合深汕西高速公路改扩建TJ9合同段平安洞1号隧道工程,重点介绍了单侧壁导坑法转为三台阶法方案的实施步骤及三台阶施工工法,指出了在施工过程中,必须做好超前预报及对隧道断面的总体监测工作。包括对总沉降量和总收敛值对应的隧道进尺(埋深),以及总沉降和收敛时间对应的隧道进尺(埋深),从而确保断面累计位移值小于设计预留变形量,以确保施工顺利进行。最后提出了施工应急措施与建议。
Combined with the reconstruction and expansion of TJ9 contract section Ping'andong No.1 tunnel project of Shenshan West Expressway,this paper focuses on the implementation steps and three-step construction method of converting the single side wall pilot pit method to the three-step method,and points out that in the construction process,it is necessary to do advance forecasting and overall monitoring of the tunnel section.Including the tunnel footage(buried depth)corresponding to the total settlement and the total convergence value,and the tunnel footage(buried depth)corresponding to the total settlement and convergence time,so as to ensure that the cumulative displacement value of the section is less than the design reserved deformation to ensure smooth construction conduct.Finally,the construction emergency measures and suggestions are put forward.
