摘要
以蒙华铁路王家湾隧道为工程背景,针对隧址区黄土地层的工程特性和施工过程中存在的问题,采用现场勘查、室内试验和数值模拟方法进行施工方法比选及施工参数优化研究,得出以下结论:①综合考虑施工安全性、效率以及施工成本,三台阶七步法比其他施工方法(三台阶法、CD法、双侧壁导坑法)更具优越性;②建议优选方法的台阶长度取5~7 m,衬砌厚度取20~25 cm,施工进尺取1.8 m。
Taking the Wangjiawan Tunnel of Menghua Railway as the engineering background,aiming at the engineering characteristics of loess strata in the tunnel site area and the problems existing in the construction process,the comparison and selection of construction methods and optimization of construction parameters were studied by on-site investigation,laboratory test and numerical simulation,and the following conclusions were drawn:①considering construction safety,efficiency and construction cost comprehensively,three-bench seven-step method is superior to other methods(three-bench method,CD method and double-side wall guide pit method);②it is suggested that the optimal length of the construction steps should be 57 m,the thickness of the lining should be 2025 cm,and the construction footage should be 1.8 m.
