某矿山法施工隧道下穿公路数值模拟分析 被引量:9

摘要 为研究在不同国家规范及地质条件下的隧道开挖对既有建构筑物的影响,文章以格鲁吉亚科维—阿格维达段E60公路3002号隧道工程为背景,应用大型三维有限元分析软件MIDAS/GTS-NX,模拟了隧道施工下穿公路的全过程,研究了隧道围岩变形及公路沉降规律。结果表明:当隧道在花岗岩(PzGr地层)层采用全断面开挖进行施工时,隧道的整体变形及稳定情况较为良好,且隧道拱顶沉降和水平收敛位移受隧道纵向开挖空间效应和覆盖层厚度的影响较大。公路的路面沉降值呈近似W型分布,路面最大沉降位于隧道洞口上方的路面中央,路面沉降满足公路行车要求。研究结果可为欧洲此工程及类似工程的设计施工提供一定的理论参考。 In order to study the influence of tunnel excavation on existing building structures under different national codes and geological conditions,based on the 3002 tunnel project of"-E60 road route of Covey section"in the Georgian area,the whole process of tunnel construction under the highway is simulated by using the largescale 3 D finite element analysis software MID A S/GTS-NX and the rule of surrounding rock deformation and settlement of highway are also studied.The results show that:when the full section of the tunnel is excavated in the granite(PzGr)stratum,the deformation and stability of the tunnel are relatively good,and the settlement and horizontal convergence displacement of the tunnel vault are greatly affected by the spatial effect of the tunnel longitudinal excavation and the thickness of the overburden.The settlement value of highway pavement is similar to W-shape distribution.The maximum settlement of highway pavement is located in the middle of the pavement above the tunnel entrance,and which meets the requirements of highway traffic.The results can provide some theoretical references for the design and construction of this project and similar projects in Europe.
