硫精矿降锌试验研究

摘要 针对硫精矿产品中杂质锌含量超标,从实验室小型试验探索硫浮选降锌的最佳组合抑制剂种类及用量。一粗两精一扫闭路试验结果表明,P-Nokes与Na_(2)SO_(3)+ZnSO_(4)组合及与Na_(2)CO_(3)+ZnSO_(4)组合均能使硫精矿中的锌含量达到标准。Na_(2)CO_(3)+ZnSO_(4)组合在精矿品位、杂质含量以及回收率方面均优于Na_(2) SO_(3)+ZnSO_(4)组合。 In view of the excessive content of impurity zinc in sulfur concentrate products,the best combined depressant type and dosage of sulfur flotation zinc reduction were explored through laboratory small-scale tests.The closed-circuit test of one coarse,two cleaning and one sweep show that the combination of P-Nokes with Na_2SO_3+ZnSO_(4 )and Na_2CO_3+ZnSO_4 both can make the zinc content in sulfur concentrate reach the standard.The Na_2CO_3+ZnSO_4 combination is superior to the Na_2SO_3+ZnSO_4 combination in concentrate grade,impurity content and recovery rate.
