摘要
为解决Mirador铜矿尾矿外排水pH值较高的技术难题,在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,以ML-1和石灰作为铜、硫分离作业的组合抑制剂进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:在pH值11.0的条件下,当ML-1用量为200 g/t时,实现了铜硫分离,闭路试验获得的铜精矿含铜26.52%、铜回收率89.01%,闭路试验结果为Mirador铜矿低碱度铜、硫分离提供了技术依据。
In order to solve the technical problem of high pH value of tailings drainage in Mirador Cop⁃per Mine,based on the study of process mineralogy,ML-1 and lime were used as combined inhibitors for cop⁃per and sulfur separation.The results show that under the conditions of pH=11.0,when the dosage of ML-1 is 200 g/t,the separation of copper and sulfur is realized.The copper concentrate obtained in the closed-cir⁃cuit test contains 26.52%copper and the copper recovery rate is 89.01%.The closed-circuit test results pro⁃vide a technical basis for the separation of copper and sulfur with low alkalinity in Mirador Copper Mine.
