摘要 铜锌硫多金属矿石分离历来是选矿界的难题。里伍铜矿笋叶林矿区铜多金属矿石选矿研究表明,采用优先浮选工艺和选择性好、捕收能力强的捕收剂TD430,实现了锌的回收,解决了该矿石中难选低品位锌无法综合回收的难题。生产实践表明,该研究结果成功转化为生产力,提高了矿石的综合利用率,增加了企业经济效益。 The separation of copper-zinc-sulfur polymetallic ore has been widely considered to be difficult. The study on ore dressing of copper polymetallic ore in Sunyelin mining area indicates that the challenge of comprehensive recovery of refractory and lowgrade zinc from the ore can be resolved by adopting selective flotation process and by using TD430 as collector, which has higher selectivity and collecting ability. It shows that the research results can be effectively applied in production practice. Comprehensive utilization of the ore can be improved and enterprise economic benefit can be promoted.
