摘要
目的:探究先兆流产患者阴道微生态与血清高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)、核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域祥受体蛋白3(NLRP3)的关系。方法:选取2021年2月-2022年2月本院收治的先兆流产患者96例为流产组,产前检查健康孕妇90例为对照组,酶联免疫吸附法检测血清HMGB1、NLRP3、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)水平;Pearson法分析血清HMGB1、NLRP3水平与阴道微生态指标相关性。结果:与对照组相比,流产组拟杆菌门、变形菌门、放线菌门、普氏菌属、加德纳菌相对丰度升高,梭杆菌门相对丰度降低,TNF-α、IL-2水平升高,IL-4水平降低,流产组HMGB1(23.51±2.56μmol/L)、NLRP3(132.35±20.12 pg/ml)均高于对照组(18.24±2.16μmol/L、105.86±19.23 pg/ml)(均P<0.05)。相关性分析,流产组血清HMGB1与NLRP3水平呈正相关(r=0.581),HMGB1、NLRP3水平与拟杆菌门、变形菌门、放线菌门、普氏菌属、加德纳菌属相对丰度呈正相关,与梭杆菌门相对丰度呈负相关(均P<0.05)。结论:先兆流产患者血清HMGB1和NLRP3水平异常升高,且与阴道微生态指标相关。
Objective:To investigate the correlation between the vaginal microecology of pregnant women with threat-ened abortion and the levels of their serum high mobiliy group protein B1(HMGBI)and nucleotidebinding oliomer-ization domainr-like receptor protein 3(NLRP3).Methods:From February 2021 to February 2022.96 pregnant women with threatened abortion were selected in study group,and 90 healthy pregnant women were selected in control group.The expression levels of serum HMGB1 NLRP3,and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-4(IL-4),and in-terleukin-2(IL-2)of the women in the two groups were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Pearson method was used to analyxe the correlation between the levels of the serum HMGB1 and NLRP3 of the women with threatened abortion and their vaginal microecology.Results:The relative abundances of bacteroidetes.proteobac-teria,actinobacteria,prevtella.and gardnerella of the women in the study group were significanly higher than those of the women in the control group.and which of fusobacteria of the women in the study group Was significantly lower.The levels of TNF-α and IL-2 of the women in the study group were significantly higher than those of the women in the study group,but the IL-4 level was significantly lower.The levels of HMGBI(23.51±2.56μmol/L)and NLRP3(132.35±20.12 pg/ml)of the women in the study group were significantly higher than those(18.24±2.16μmol/L and 105.86±19.23 pg/mD)of the women in the control group(all P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that in the study group.the serum HMGB1 level of the women was positively correlated with their serum NLRP3 level(r=0.581).The serum HMGB1 and NLRP3 levels of the women were positively correlated with their relative abundances of bacteroides.proteobacteria.actinobacteria.prevotella.and gardella.and which were negatively correlated with their relative abundance of fusobacteria(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of serum HMGB1 and NLRP3 of the pregnant women with threatened abortion are increased abnormally.
