摘要
目的观察补肾固胎膏穴位贴敷对肾虚型早期先兆流产患者血清性激素水平及细胞因子的影响。方法选择2017年1月—2018年12月云南省中医医院妇科收治的诊断为肾虚型早期先兆流产的孕妇共74例,按照患者就诊顺序,将患者从1开始排序,再根据随机数字表,将患者分为观察组和对照组各37例。对照组予黄体酮注射液40 mg肌内注射加寿胎丸口服,在此基础上,观察组予补肾固胎膏敷贴神阙穴治疗。治疗2周后,观察两组中医症候评分改善情况,患者激素水平、辅助性T1型细胞(Th1)细胞因子和辅助性T2型细胞(Th2)细胞因子的表达及进行安全性评价。结果治疗2周后,观察组各项中医症状积分均明显低于对照组(均P<0.01),观察组激素水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01),Th1细胞因子水平低于对照组(P<0.01),而Th2细胞因子水平高于对照组(P<0.01)。两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论补肾固胎膏穴位贴敷可显著提高患者激素水平,改善细胞因子失衡状态,缓解临床症状,安全有效。
Objective To observe the effect of acupoint application of Bushen Gutai Cream on serum sex hormone levels and cytokines in early threatened abortion patients with kidney deficiency.Methods A total of 74 pregnant women diagnosed as early threatened abortion with kidney deficiency were selected from Department of Gynecology,Yunnan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to December 2018.According to the order in which the patient was treated,the patients were sorted from one,and then according to the random number table,the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group with 37 cases each.The control group was given progesterone injection of 40 mg intramuscular injection plus Shoutai Wan orally.On this basis,the observation group was given Bushen Gutai Cream applied to shenque point for treatment.After two weeks of treatment,the improvement of the traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores in the two groups,the patients′hormone levels,expression of cytokines in T-helper 1 cells(Th1)and T-helper 2 cells(Th2)were observed,and safety evaluation was performed.Results After two weeks of treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.01).The hormone levels of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01),the levels of cytokines in Th1 were lower than those of the control group,and the levels of cytokines in Th2 were higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).No obvious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion Acupoint application of Bushen Gutai Cream can significantly increase the hormone level of patients,improve the imbalance of cytokines,relieve clinical symptoms,which is safe and effective.
