摘要
目的:分析全国三甲医院的中国专利信息,为医院构建科技创新成果转化工作体系提出建议。方法:统计分析全国1 217所三甲医院近5年专利申请、授权、转化数据。结果:近5年三甲医院共申请专利近21万件,授权近16万件,转化1 938件。结论:医院成为医学创新的重要策源地,基于专利信息看医院创新发展并不均衡。建议医院应完善管理构架、制度、流程,保障工作顺利开展;坚持“四个面向”,营造创新转化氛围,保持创新动力;结合学科特点,重视临床研究和应用,激发创新活力;重视医学基础研究和交叉学科研究,提升创新能力。
Objective:Analyze the Chinese patent information of Grade III Level A hospitals and make suggestions for hospitals to build a working system for the transformation of scientific and technological innovation results.Methods:Statistical analysis of patent application,authorization,and transformation data of 1217 Grade III Level A hospitals in China in the past 5 years.Results:In the past 5 years,a total of 210,000 patents were applied in Grade III Level A hospitals,160,000 patents were authorized and 1,938 patents were transformed.Conclusion:Hospitals have become an important source of medical innovation.The development of hospital innovation is not balanced based on patent information.It is suggested that hospitals should improve the management structure,system,and process to ensure the smooth development of the work.Adhere to the"four aspects",create an atmosphere for innovation and transformation,and maintain the impetus for innovation;Combined with the characteristics of the discipline,attach importance to clinical research and application to stimulate the vitality of innovation;We should attach importance to basic medical research and interdisciplinary research,and enhance our innovation ability.
