摘要
为探讨新质生产力视角下基层三级公立医院科研能力提升路径,选取F医院近五年来科研投入、卫生技术人员数量、产出成果、研究领域、合作单位情况的数据,分析F医院科研管理与激励机制现状。发现医院存在科研投入不足、高水平科研人员匮乏、科研成果转化难等问题,此外,医院与产业界的合作与交流不够紧密,缺乏有效的科研成果转化机制和平台。本文基于存在的问题,从新质生产力视角下分析,医院应紧密关注新质生产力的发展趋势和应用前景,不断调整和优化科研策略和方向,以适应新时代的需求和发展。
In order to explore the way to improve the scientific research ability of grass roots Eertiary public hospitals from the perspective of new quality productivity,the data of scientific research investment,number of health technicians,output results,research fields and cooperative units of F Hospital in the past five years were selected to analyze the current situation of scientific research management and incentive mechanism of F Hospital.It is found that hospitals have problems such as insufficient investment in scientific research,lack of high-level researchers,and difficult transformation of scientific research results.In addition,the cooperation and communication between hospitals and industry are not close enough,and there is a lack of effective mechanism and platform for the transformation of scientific research results.Based on the existing problems,the paper analyzed from the perspective of new quality productivity.Hospitals should pay close attention to the development trend and application prospect of new quality productivity,and constantly adjust and optimize the scientific research strategy and direction to adapt to the needs and development of the new era.
