摘要
人才政策是公立医院高质量发展的基础支撑,是公立医院高质量发展的竞争保障。福建医科大学附属第一医院以国家推动公立医院高质量发展相关政策为指引,在“党建引领,聚焦人才强院”核心战略下,通过实施聚焦重点学科优势释放引才效应、建立刚柔相济的引培机制、创新驱动的用才机制和全链条支持全方位服务的保障机制,积极探索实施符合公立医院高质量发展的人才政策,为公立医院高质量持续发展提供参考。
Talent policy is the fundamental support for the high-quality development of public hospitals and the competitive guarantee for their high-quality development.Guided by the national policies promoting high-quality development of public hospitals,the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University,under the core strategy of"Party building leading and focusing on strengthening the hospital with talent,"actively explores and implements talent policies that align with high-quality development of public hospitals.This is achieved by focusing on releasing the talent attraction effect through key discipline advantages,establishing a balanced mechanism of recruitment and training,an innovation-driven talent utilization mechanism,and a comprehensive support mechanism providing full-chain and all-round services,providing a reference for the sustainable high-quality development of public hospitals.
