摘要
美育教育是以美育人、以文化人的教育,是将德、智、体、劳充分展现和运用的主要途径。在高职专业群建设中,现代服务专业群涉及健康、养老、育幼、文化、旅游、体育、家政、物业等产业,现有课程中有茶艺、花艺、音乐、美术等美育课程,但存在着美育课程体系搭建不完善,美育教育师资不足,美育建设资源的利用不够等问题。通过结构式访谈,收集现代服务专业群师生对美育的认知、看法及需求,提出优化现代服务业专业群美育课程建设建议:全面构建现代服务业专业群美育课程体系;不断加强专业群内美育师资人才队伍建设;切实完善专业群美育课程建设保障体系。
Aesthetic education is an education that educates people through aesthetics and culture,and is the main way to fully demonstrate and apply morality,intelligence,physical fitness and labor.In the construction of vocational specialty groups,modern service professional groups involve industries such as health,elderly care,childcare,culture,tourism,sports,housekeeping,property management,etc.The existing courses include aesthetic education courses such as tea art,floral art,music,art,etc.However,there are problems such as incomplete construction of aesthetic education curriculum system,insufficient teaching staff for aesthetic education,and insufficient utilization of aesthetic education construction resources.Through structured interviews,collect the cognition,opinions and needs of teachers and students in the modern service industry professional group on aesthetic education,and propose suggestions for optimizing the construction of aesthetic education courses in the modern service industry professional group:comprehensively build a modern service industry professional group aesthetic education curriculum system;continuously strengthen the talent team construction of aesthetic education teachers within the professional group;effectively improve the guarantee system for the construction of professional group aesthetic education courses.
