摘要
目的:了解骨科失能老年人精神慰藉护理需求,为骨科失能老年人精神慰藉制定针对性护理措施提供依据。方法:2021年1—12月,采用目的抽样法对贵州省黔南州某医院骨科50位失能老年人进行结构式访谈,以认知行为理论为基础,运用观察法、个案工作方法和Colaizzi分析法对访谈资料进行整理分析。结果:失能老年人的精神慰藉均存在不同程度的缺失。结论:骨科失能老年人精神慰藉应从营造关爱失能老年人心理健康的社会氛围,建设专业失能老年人护工队伍,发挥社会工作的功能等方面着手,帮助失能老年人找到获得精神慰藉的有效方法和途径。
OBJECTIVE To understand the nursing needs for mental comfort of the elderly with disabilities in orthopaedics,and to provide basis for formulating targeted intervention measures for mental comfort of the elderly with disabilities in orthopaedics.METHODS From January to December 2021,50 disabled elderly in the orthopedic department of Q Hospital in Qiannan Prefecture were interviewed by purposive sampling.Based on cognitive behavior theory,the interview data were analyzed by observation,case work and Colaizzi analysis.RESULTS The spiritual consolation of the disabled elderly was lacking to varying degrees.CONCLUSION The spiritual comfort of the orthopedic disabled elderly should create a social atmosphere of caring for the mental health of the disabled elderly,build a professional team of the disabled elderly nurses,and give full play to the function of social work,so as to help the disabled elderly find effective ways and ways to obtain spiritual comfort.
