摘要
介绍了复合材料在轨道车辆上的应用现状,分析了复合材料的缺陷形式及检测难点,结合国内外复合材料无损检测研究现状,针对轨道车辆复合材料进行了相控阵超声、2D阵列超声和空气耦合超声的检测试验,分析了不同检测技术的适用性,提出借鉴现有航空、军工行业先进材料无损检测技术应用经验,建立轨道车辆复合材料无损检测技术标准体系的建议。
The application status of composite materials in rail vehicles was introduced,the defect types and detection difficulties of composite materials were analyzed.Combined with the research status of nondestructive testing of composite materials at home and abroad,the phased array ultrasonic,2D array ultrasonic and air coupling ultrasonic testing experiments were carried out for the composite materials for rail vehicles,and the applicability of different testing technologies was analyzed.It is proposed to establish the nondestructive testing technology and evaluation standard system of composite materials for rail vehicles by drawing on the experience of the existing aviation and military advanced materials application industry.
