摘要
文章主要介绍了轨道交通装备材料技术要求以及轨道交通装备上应用较多的材料类型,并以轨道交通车辆车体结构材料为切入点,着重阐述并分析了结构材料在轨道交通车辆上的代际更迭历程,对比了国内外轨道交通车辆组成部件对于新材料研发的影响及工程应用案例,对未来轨道交通装备材料的应用趋势做出预测,指出纤维增强复合材料在工程化应用中的主要问题,并对今后复合材料在轨道交通领域的发展方向及研究重点提出建议。
The paper introduces the technical requirements of rail transit equipment and the widely used types of materials.Taking the body materials of rail vehicles as the entry point,it expounds and analyzes the transformation of the structural materials on rail vehicles.The paper compares the impact of domestic and foreign rail transit vehicle components on the development of new materials as well as related engineering application cases,predicts the future trends of composites for rail transit equipment,points out the main problems of fiber-reinforced composites in engineering application,and makes suggestions to the development directions and research focus of composites for rail transit.
