摘要
某型飞机主起落架在疲劳试验中发现,主支柱上端注油嘴螺纹孔处出现疲劳裂纹现象。本文从结构和强度两个方面对裂纹进行分析,同时结合理化试验分析,确认了裂纹故障产生的原因,并提出了主支柱零件改进措施,通过试验验证,改进后的主支柱能满足预期使用寿命目标的要求。
It is found in the fatigue test of main A/C strut that fatigue crack appears on the thread hole of upper nipple on the main strut. The paper analyzes crack from the structure and strength, meanwhile, confirms the cause by means of analysis of physicochemical test, and proposes modification measures on the parts of main strut. Through verification in the test, the main strut modified can meet the requirements of expected service life.
