摘要
玉龙喀什水利枢纽属国务院确定的172项重大水利工程之一,工程建设面临高震区(基本烈度8度)、高大坝(233.5m)、高海拔(2000m以上)、狭窄河谷、多泥沙等技术难点。为提高大坝施工质量,保证大坝的安全监测和运行,同时要达到运行期对大坝安全监测自动化、信息化、智能化管理要求,通过对新型监测仪器的调查以及对其性能和运用效果的掌握,比选得到适合玉龙喀什水利枢纽的监测仪器和大坝安全监测设计方案。
Yulong Kashi Hydropower Project is one of 172 major water projects determined by the State Council.The project construction faces technical difficulties such as high seismic area(8 degree basic intensity),high dam(233.5m),high altitude(over 2000m),narrow valley,sediment and so on.In order to improve the construction quality of the dam and ensure the safety monitoring and operation of the dam,as well as to meet the requirements of automatic,informational and intelligent management of dam safety monitoring during the operation period,the monitoring instruments suitable for Yulong Kashi Hydropower Project and the design scheme of dam safety monitoring are selected through the investigation of new monitoring instruments and the mastery of their performance and operation effect.
