摘要
在当前“百年未有之大变局”背景下,文化安全已经成为国家非传统安全领域的重要议题。针对民族院校在学科基础、生源特征、地方需求等方面独特的民族性,民族院校学生面临政治文化安全、乡土文化安全、语言文化安全等三个方面挑战。对此,民族院校担负着增强“五个认同”的思想政治教育、激发乡土情感的民族文化教育、维护民族团结进步的国家通用语教育等多重教育使命与内容,并在教育实践中应发挥思政课平台的引领功能,重视中华文化的涵濡作用,促进各民族学生的交往交流交融。
Under the background of the current“great changes not seen in a century”,cultural security has become an important topic in the field of national non-traditional security.In view of the unique national charac⁃teristics of Ethnic Colleges and universities in terms of discipline basis,student source characteristics and local needs,the students of Ethnic Colleges and universities face challenges in three aspects:political and cultural se⁃curity,local cultural security and language and cultural security.In this regard,ethnic colleges and universities shoulder multiple educational missions and contents,such as strengthening the ideological and political education of“five identities”,stimulating the national culture education of local feelings,and maintaining the national com⁃mon language education of national unity and progress.In the educational practice,they should give play to the leading function of the ideological and political course platform,attach importance to the influence of Chinese cul⁃ture,and promote the exchange and integration of students of all ethnic groups.
