摘要
广东省第十六届运动会将在清远举办,运动会期间的食品安全保障对清远市食品安全监管工作提出了严峻的挑战。本文对省运会预赛期间所存在的食品安全保障问题进行分析,借鉴省内外重大活动食品安全监管经验,从人员培训保障部署、食品检测技术监管、信息技术监管和应急预案建立等方面提出了一些建议。
The 16th Guangdong Provincial Games will be held in Qingyuan,and the food safety guarantee during the Games poses a serious challenge to food safety supervision in Qingyuan.This paper analyzes the food safety problems that exist during the pre-games of the provincial games,draw on the experience of food safety supervision of major events inside and outside the province,and make some suggestions from the aspects of personnel training and security deployment,food testing technology supervision,information technology supervision and emergency plan establishment.
