摘要 首先分析了新冠疫情下进口冷链食品的必要性;然后归纳出进口冷链渠道存在疫情传播的风险主要来自病毒本身低温适应能力、国外疫情持续爆发、国门预警防疫、境内流通环节等几个方面;最后提出通过政府层面建立闭环追溯管理、海关方面加强国门病毒检测、进口经营企业严格落实主体责任、人民群众做到安全消费等措施,全社会通力合作,各司其职,将进口冷链食品的疫情风险降到最低,保障人民群众舌尖上的安全。 In this paper,we first analyzed the necessity of importing cold chain food during the Covid 19 pandemic,and then summarized that the Covid 19 hazard existing in cold chain food importing channels is mainly the result of the ability of the Covid 19 to adapt to low temperature,the persistence of the pandemic in some foreign countries,national gateway early warning and prevention policies,and exposure in the domestic circulation links,etc.Finally,it is proposed to establish the closed-loop traceability administration system at the government level,strengthen virus detection at the customs,strictly enforce the principal accountability of the importing enterprises,and encourage safe consumer behaviors by the people.
