摘要 高瓦斯矿井掘进工作面对局部通风机安全运行要求较高,且在运行中风速调节存在困难。基于此,笔者设计了一套局部通风机远程监控系统。该系统在原有“三专两闭锁”,“双电源双风机自动切换”的基础上,增加了风机转速PID控制来保证工作面风速恒定;改进了风电闭锁控制逻辑,将原来仅有风机运行状态控制逻辑改进为风机运行状态和风速联合控制的风电闭锁控制逻辑;增加了远程监控系统,实现两地控制,在地面监控中心可远程监控局部通风机。 The driving face of high gassy coal mine has high requirements for the safe operation of local fans,and there are difficulties in adjusting the wind speed in operation.Based on this,the author designed a set of local fan remote monitoring system.On the basis of the original“three-special-two-lock”and“double-power and double-fan automatic switch”,the PID control of the fan speed is added to ensure the wind speed of the working face to be constant,and the control logic of the wind power lock is improved,the control logic of the wind turbine running state was improved to the closed control logic of the wind turbine running state and wind speed control,and the remote monitoring system realized the control of two locations,the local fan can be monitored remotely in the ground monitoring center.
