摘要
介绍了金属非金属矿山局部通风机自动控制的必要性;分析了局部通风机自动控制系统的功能要求和特点,并根据功能要求运用PLC控制器对自动控制系统进行了总体的硬件设计和软件设计;在实验室条件下搭建了模拟实验平台,进行了模拟试验,结果表明该系统稳定可靠,具有较高的推广价值。
Introduced the necessity of automatic control of metal-nonmetal mine local ventilator. Analyzed the functional requirements and characteristics of automatic control system, and designed the overall hardware and software according to the functional requirements of automatic control system using PLC controller. Built a simulation experiment platform in the laboratory and carried out a simulation experiment, results show that the system is stable and reliable, and has high promotion value.
