摘要
针对煤矿井下局部通风机无法实现地面远程监控的不足,介绍了一种矿井局部通风机智能控制系统的设计方法。从总体上对装置结构和设计原理进行了阐述,采用高性能单片DSP为核心的计算机控制系统,配合相应的软件设计使装置具有保护功能、运行功能、通信功能等,实现了矿井风机的远程数字监控,达到了"无人化"、"智能化"技术条件。
In view of the function defect of ground remote monitoring for local fan in underground coal mine,this paper introduces a design method of intelligent control system for mine local fan. The device structure and design principle are summarized,which uses the high performance monolithic DSP as the core of computer control system,matching with corresponding software design to achieve functions of protection,operation and communication,realizing the remote digital monitoring of mine fan,and unmanned and intelligent operation.
