摘要
详细介绍了智慧反渗透的处理工艺及技术特点,针对某煤化工污水回用项目的反渗透系统回收率低、化学清洗频繁、药剂消耗量大的问题,采用智慧反渗透技术对原系统进行了升级改造,改造后系统回收率由75%提高到87.5%,化学清洗周期由15 d延长至60 d,阻垢剂投加量由4 mg/L降低为1.5 mg/L,系统运行较改造前更加稳定。
The process and technical characteristics of SSDRO were introduced in detail,in view of the problems of the reverse osmosis system in a coal chemical sewage reuse project such as:low recovery rate,frequent chemical cleaning and large chemicals consumption,SSDRO technology was adopted to upgrade and reconstruct the original system,through the reconstruction,the recovery rate increased from 75%to 87.5%,the chemical cleaning period was extended from 15 days to 60 days,the scale inhibitor dosage decreased from 4 to 1.5 mg/L,the system was more stable than before.
