为实现废水零排放,在某煤化工项目的高盐废水处理回用工段应用非晶种法蒸发技术。采用非晶种法蒸发技术后,系统运行更稳定,操作更简单,药剂及工程消耗量更小,运行成本更低。详细介绍了非晶种法蒸发工艺的技术特点和技术优势,并对该技术的设计与运行情况进行总结。
Unseeded evaporation technology has been applied to a high salinity wastewater treatment and reuse process in a coal chemical project,to realize wastewater zero discharge. After using the unseeded evaporation technology,the system runs more stably,operation is easier,consumption of agent project is less,running and costs are lower.The technical features and advantages of unseeded evaporation technology are introduced in detail,and the situations of design and operation summarized.
