摘要
传统技术在处理锅炉补给水过程中,对杂质处理效果不理想,导致产水品质较低。针对上述问题,提出超超临界火力发电厂锅炉补给水处理系统反渗透技术研究。首先,利用反渗透装置预处理水中的杂质和污染物。其次,利用反渗透装置中的主机处理补给水水质,通过施加压力使水分子通过反渗透膜,截留各种杂质和盐分,并添加水处理药剂改善水质。最后,为了保持反渗透装置的性能,延长其使用寿命,需要控制火力发电厂锅炉补给水处理系统的产水量,并定期清洗反渗透装置。通过对比实验证明,反渗透技术在处理锅炉补给水时可以有效去除杂质,从而提高水质。
In the process of treating boiler feed water,the traditional technology is not good for treating impurities,resulting in low quality of produced water.In view of the above problems,the reverse osmosis technology of boiler make-up water treatment system in ultra-supercritical thermal power plant is proposed.First,the impurities and contaminants in the water are pretreated with a reverse osmosis device.Secondly,the main engine in the reverse osmosis device is used to treat the water quality of the make-up water,by applying pressure to make the water molecules pass through the reverse osmosis membrane,intercepting various impurities and salts,and adding water treatment agents to improve the water quality.Finally,in order to maintain the performance of the reverse osmosis device and extend its service life,it is necessary to control the water production of the boiler feed water treatment system in the thermal power plant and clean the reverse osmosis device regularly.It is proved by comparative experiments that the reverse osmosis technology can effectively remove impurities and improve water quality in the treatment of boiler recharge water.
