摘要
目的分析在为产后抑症患者实施护理服务的过程中共情训练配合丈夫参与式叙事干预所获得的护理效果。方法研究对象由近三年间收治(2019年6月-2022年6月),共包括在天津医科大学第二医院接受产后抑郁症治疗的患者42例,根据患者入院编号单双号的不同实现分组,其中单号的21例患者作为实验组,其接受的护理方法为共情训练配合丈夫参与式叙事干预,双号的21例患者作为对比组,其接受护理的方法为常规护理。结果护理前两组患者抑郁情况、生活质量、家庭环境以及应对方式并无显著统计学差异,P>0.05;护理后两组患者上述指标存在显著统计学差异,P<0.05。结论在为产后抑郁症患者实施护理服务的过程中,共情训练配合丈夫参与式叙事干预获得了较为显著的护理效果。
Objective To analyze the nursing effect of empathy training combined with husband's participatory narrative intervention in the process of nursing care for postpartum depression patients.Methods From June 2019 to June 2022,a total of 42 postpartum depression patients in our hospital were enrolled in this study,among them,21 patients with single number as experimental group received empathy training combined with husband's participatory narrative intervention,and 21 patients with double number as control group received routine nursing.Results There were no significant differences in depression,quality of life,family environment and coping style between the two groups before nursing,P>0.05;after nursing,there was significant statistical dfference between the two groups in the above indicators,P<0.05.Conclusion Empathy training combined with husband's participatory narrative intervention in the nursing service for postpartum depression patients achieved a significant nursing effect.
