摘要
文章通过探寻疫情居寝期间大学生体育锻炼和焦虑水平及其相关关系,旨在为特殊时期提高大学生体育锻炼量并改善大学生焦虑状况提供借鉴。文章运用体育活动等级量表和焦虑自评量表对大学生体育锻炼现状和焦虑水平进行相关研究,得出以下结论:大学生体育锻炼频率与焦虑水平差异存在统计学意义(F=6.549,P=0.000),并呈现显著负相关。因此,建议在特殊时期,大学生应根据时间合理进行适宜的体育运动,以释放压力,调节焦虑情绪。
The paper explores the relationship between physical exercise and anxiety levels among college students who are kept indoors during the epidemic period,aiming to provide reference for increasing the amount of physical exercise of college students and alleviating their anxiety in the special period.The paper studies the current situation of physical exercise and anxiety levels among college students by using Physical Activity Rating Scale and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and draws the following conclusions:the frequency of physical exercise and the anxiety level varied significantly among college students(F=6.549,P=0.000),and showed a significant negative correlation.Therefore,it is recommended that during the special period,college students should arrange appropriate physical activities according to online class to release stress and regulate anxiety.
