新冠疫情期间大学生体育锻炼水平与焦虑情绪关系的研究 被引量:27

摘要 目的:了解新型冠状病毒疫情期间高校大学生的焦虑情绪状态,以及其平常锻炼与疫情期间居家锻炼水平对焦虑情绪的影响,为高校大学生进行有效的情绪疏导和心理干预提供实证依据。方法:通过网络问卷调查南京3所高校大学生,使用焦虑自评量表(SAS)进行测评。结果:新冠疫情期间大学生SAS(38.40±7.77)评分高于中国常模(33.80±5.90)(P<0.0001)。女大学生(38.74±7.88)评分高于男大学生(37.85±7.54)(F=9.95,P=0.0016)。体院大学生(39.93±8.66)评分高于非体院大学生(38.13±7.59)(t=4.29,P<0.0001)。平时以及疫情期间居家经常锻炼大学生SAS(37.80±7.83,37.35±7.80)评分均低于非经常锻炼大学生(38.71±7.72,38.69±7.73)(F值分别为9.92,16.53,P值均<0.01)。结论:新冠疫情期间南京高校大学生焦虑程度高于常模,平时以及疫情期间居家经常锻炼大学生群体焦虑程度均低于非经常锻炼大学生群体。鼓励大学生经常参与体育锻炼,以改善焦虑情绪。 Objective:To gain a better understanding of the anxiety state of college students during the COVID-19,and the effects of home exercise level on anxiety during regular exercise and epidemic situation,so as to provide empirical evidence for college students to conduct effective emotional counseling and psychological intervention.Methods:Survey college students in three universities in Nanjing through an online questionnaire,and use the Self-Assessment Scale for Anxiety(SAS)to test them.Results:The SAS(38.40±7.77)scores of college students during the COVID-19 were higher than the Chinese norm level(33.80±5.90)(P<0.0001).Female college students’SAS(38.74±7.88)score were higher than that of male college students(37.85±7.54)(F=9.95,P=0.0016).The SAS(39.93±8.66)scores of college students of physical education colleges were higher than those of normal college students(38.13±7.59)(t=4.29,P<0.0001).SAS(37.80±7.83,37.35±7.80)scores of regular exercise college students at home and in epidemic situations were lower than those of non-regular exercise college students(38.71±7.72,38.69±7.73)(F values were 9.92,16.53,and P values were all<0.01).Conclusion:The anxiety level of college students in Nanjing universities during the COVID-19 was higher than that of the norm.The anxiety degree of the group of college students who regularly exercised at home with the epidemic was lower than that of the group of college students who did not.We should encouraging college students to participate in exercise regularly that can improve anxiety.
