毛细支气管炎患儿25(OH)D_(3)、CysLTs水平及相关性

Levels and Correlation Analysis of 25-hydroxyvitamin D_(3) and Cysteyl Leukotriene in Children with Bronchiolitis

摘要 目的探究毛细支气管炎患儿25-羟维生素D_(3)[25(OH)D_(3)]、半胱氨酰白三烯(CysLTs)水平及相关性。方法收集2019年6月—2022年6月收治的205例毛细支气管炎患儿作为疾病组和35名同期体检健康儿作为对照组,疾病组患儿又依据病情程度分为轻度亚组71例、中度亚组89例和重度亚组45例。比较疾病组、对照组25(OH)D_(3)、CysLTs水平,比较疾病组患儿急性期、缓解期血清25(OH)D_(3)、CysLTs水平,同时对比疾病组各亚组患儿血清25(OH)D_(3)、CysLTs水平,分析毛细支气管炎患儿血清25(OH)D_(3)与CysLTs水平的相关性。结果疾病组血清25(OH)D_(3)较对照组明显低,CysLTs水平较对照组明显高(P<0.01)。疾病组患儿急性期血清25(OH)D_(3)水平较缓解期明显低,而急性期CysLTs水平较缓解期明显高(P<0.01)。轻度亚组、中度亚组和重度亚组患儿血清25(OH)D_(3)水平依次降低,而CysLTs水平依次升高(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示,毛细支气管炎患儿血清25(OH)D_(3)与CysLTs水平呈负相关(r=-0.432,P<0.01)。结论毛细支气管炎患儿血清25(OH)D_(3)水平明显下降、CysLTs水平明显升高,25(OH)D_(3)、CysLTs负反馈调节且共同参与毛细支气管炎的发生和进展。 Objective To explore the levels and correlation of 25-hydroxyvitamin D_(3)[25(OH)D_(3)]and cysteyl leukotriene(CysLTs)in children with bronchiolitis.Methods A total of 205 children with bronchiolitis admitted from June 2019 to June 2022 were enrolled as the disease group and 35 healthy children who underwent physical examination during the same period were enrolled as the control group.The disease group was further divided into mild subgroup(n=71),moderate subgroup(n=89)and severe subgroup(n=45)according to the severity of disease.The levels of 25(OH)D_(3) and CysLTs were compared between the disease group and the control group,between the acute stage and remission stage in the disease group,and between the subgroups in the disease group.The correlation between serum 25(OH)D_(3) and CysLTs in children with bronchiolitis was analyzed.Results The level of serum 25(OH)D_(3) was significantly lower and CysLTs was significantly higher in the disease group as compared with that in the control group(P<0.01).In the disease groups,the serum 25(OH)D_(3) in the acute stage was significantly lower than that in the remission stage,while the CysLTs level in the acute stage was significantly higher than that in the remission stage(P<0.01).The levels of serum 25(OH)D_(3) in mild,moderate and severe subgroups were decreased successively,while the levels of CysLTs were increased successively(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum 25(OH)D_(3) was negatively correlated with CysLTs levels in children with bronchiolitis(r=-0.432,P<0.01).Conclusion Serum 25(OH)D_(3) levels in children with bronchiolitis were significantly decreased and the CysLTs levels were significantly increased.25(OH)D_(3) and CysLTs were negatively regulated and involved in the occurrence and progression of bronchiolitis.
