Design of High Frequency Transformer under Wide Voltage Conditions

摘要 电力电子变压器体积小、损耗低,逐渐成为了发展及应用的新趋势。高频变压器作为电力电子变压器的重要部件,其设计是目前电力电子变压器研究的热点之一。首先对比分析了铁氧体、非晶合金、纳米晶合金3种软磁磁芯材料的电磁性能,然后根据设计指标确定了高频变压器使用的磁芯材料,最后在基于宽幅压的条件下使用面积乘积法详细设计了高频变压器并进行了设计核算,使设计的高频变压器能够在300~600 V的电压下稳定工作。所做工作为高频变压器的磁芯材料选材提供了参考,对高频变压器的研究和应用具有一定参考价值。 Power electronic transformers have gradually become a new trend in development and application due to their small size and low losses.As an important component of power electronic transformers,the design of high-frequency transformers is currently one of the hotspots in the research of power electronic transformers.Firstly,the electromagnetic properties of three soft magnetic core materials,namely ferrite,amorphous alloy,and nanocrystalline alloy,were compared and analyzed.Then,the magnetic core materials used for high-frequency transformers were determined based on design indicators.Finally,the high-frequency transformer was designed in detail using the Area Product(AP)method based on a wide voltage range,and design calculations were conducted,enabling the designed high-frequency transformer to work stably at a voltage of 300 to 600 V.The study provides a reference for the selection of magnetic core materials for high-frequency transformers,and has certain reference value for the research and application of high-frequency transformers.
