摘要 电力电子高频变压器在开关电源中得到了广泛应用。一些变压器磁芯需要打磨气隙进行储能,而气隙的大小决定着变压器储能密度和系统效率。为消除电力电子高频变压器批量生产过程中打磨气隙产生的误差,基于等效前后高频变压器磁阻和感值均不变的原理,提出了一种新型等效方法。以EE型磁芯为例,通过计算得出一种相对磁导率为μ_2且不带气隙的EE型磁芯,以替代原来变压器中一个相对磁导率为μ_1且气隙为l_0的E型磁芯。通过实验测量,验证了该等效方法最大误差不超过2%,具有合理性和准确性。 Power electronic high frequency transformer has been widely used in switching power supply. Some transformer cores need to grind air gap to store energy,and the size of air gap determines the energy storage density and system efficiency of transformer. In order to eliminate the error caused by grinding air gap in batch production of power electronic high frequency transformer,a new equivalent method is proposed based on the principle that the magnetoresistance and inductance of high frequency transformer remain unchanged before and after equivalent operation. Taking EE core as an example,an EE core with relative permeability and no air gap is calculated to replace an E core with relative permeability in the original transformer. The experimental results show that the maximum error of the equivalent method is less than 2%,which is reasonable and accurate.
