摘要
文章基于变压器在开关电源的应用讨论了变压器的设计方法,给出了变压器主要参数的详细设计方法,包括参数计算、磁芯选择、线圈绕制和损耗计算等。根据设计步骤,以全桥逆变-全桥整流DC/DC变换器为例,设计了一台7k W高频变压器。
This paper discusses the design method of transformer based on the application of transformer in switching power sup ply, and gives the detailed design method of main parameters of transformer, including parameter calculation, core selection, coil winding and loss calculation. According to the design procedure, a full bridge inverter to full bridge rectifier DC/DC converter is tak en as an example, and a 7kW high frequency transformer is designed.
