基于有限元的高频变压器绕组损耗简化分析方法

摘要 对高频变压器绕组损耗进行高效、准确地建模与分析,是其开展热性能设计与优化的前提之一。解析方法难以准确模拟变压器实际复杂结构下的电磁场问题。本文针对周期性非正弦工况下的高频变压器绕组损耗计算需求,提出了一种基于傅里叶分析,将求解三维瞬态场有限元问题等效为,以求解各次电流谐波的二维涡流场有限元问题为基础,进行三维涡流场分析的模型简化方法,并针对典型实例进行对比仿真分析,相关结果验证了该方法的准确性和有效性。 Efficient and accurate modeling and analysis of high frequency transformer winding losses is one of the prerequisites for the design of thermal performance.It is difficult to simulate electromagnetic field problems accurately in complex transformer structures with the analytical method.In this paper,aiming at the calculation demand of high frequency transformer winding loss under periodic non-sinusoidal condition,a model simplification method is proposed.The method equates the problem of solving 3D transient field finite element analysis to that of carrying out 3D eddy current field analysis based on solving the 2D eddy current field problem of various current harmonics.The typical simulation results show that the method is accurate and effective.
