微型无油空气压缩机活塞环热力耦合分析及其结构优化 被引量:2

摘要 以某型号微型无油空气压缩机聚四氟乙烯活塞环为分析对象,利用SOLIDWORKS软件建立三维模型,采用ANSYS Workbench对活塞环进行有限元仿真,计算分析该活塞环在热力耦合作用下应力及变形分布情况。结果表明:活塞环最大耦合应力出现在活塞环下端面与活塞接触区域,为21.08 MPa;最大形变出现在活塞环开口处,形变量为0.48 mm,且形变量从活塞环开口处到背脊处逐渐减小。根据计算分析结果,基于响应面法对活塞环结构参数进行优化,优化后活塞环应力值显著降低,形变量也略有减小,可为微型无油空气压缩机活塞环的设计开发提供参考。 The PTFE piston ring of a miniature oil-free air compressor is taken as the analysis object,a three-dimensional model is established by using SOLIDWORKS software,the finite element simulation of the piston ring is carried out by ANSYS Workbench,and the stress and deformation distribution of the piston ring under the action of thermo-mechanical coupling are respectively calculated and analyzed.The results show that the maximum coupling stress of the piston ring occurs in the contact area between the lower face of the piston ring and the piston,which is 21.08 MPa.The maximum deformation occurs at the opening of the piston ring,the shape variable is 0.48mm,and the shape variable gradually decrease from the opening of the piston ring to the back.According to the results of calculation and analysis,the structural parameters of the piston ring are optimized based on the response surface method.After the optimization,the stress value of the piston ring is significantly reduced,and the shape variable also slightly reduced,which can provide a reference for the design and development of the piston ring of the micro oil-free air compressor.
