总结影响薄壁壳体零件加工质量的主要要素,分析待加工薄壁壳体零件的结构,对其工艺方案进行改进,并优化工装夹具,结果装夹定位时间减少,操作者劳动强度降低,质量、效率和效益大幅提高。
The main factors affecting the quality of thin -walled shell parts processing were summarized.The thinw-alled shell structure was analyzed, its processing scheme was improved, and the jig was optimized.So the clamping positioning time is reduced , the operator labor intensity is decreased,the quality , efficiency and benefit are improved.
