抽油机齿轮齿条升降机构啮合仿真分析

摘要 齿轮齿条升降机构的动力学特性是影响其工作性能的重要因素。为了获取齿轮齿条啮合传动时轮齿啮合力的变化规律,以某型齿条式抽油机为研究对象,采用参数方程建立了齿轮齿条升降机构实体模型;基于ANSYS进行了静态接触分析,研究齿轮齿条应力应变分布,并与理论计算值进行了对比。运用ADAMS仿真模拟了齿轮齿条在不同载荷作用下的动态啮合力,研究了齿轮转速对啮合力的影响。分析结果表明,在上换向段啮合过程中存在短暂的卡滞状态导致啮合力急剧增大,在下换向段啮合过程中由于接触面积变小,齿轮齿条存在一定程度的开脱导致啮合力急剧减小;在抽油机运行过程中应尽量避免齿轮的高速运转,确保低速、匀速的工作环境对抽油机升降机构的平稳安全运行具有重要意义。 The dynamics of rack and pinion lifting mechanism is an important factor affecting its working performance.In order to obtain the changing law of gear tooth meshing force during rack and pinion meshing transmission,a certain type of rack and pinion extractor is used as the research object,and establishes a solid model of the rack and pinion lifting mechanism is established using parametric equations,and static contact analysis is performed based on ANSYS to study the stress-strain distribution of the rack and pinion and compare it with the theoretical calculated values.The dynamic meshing force of the rack and pinion under different loads was simulated using ADAMS,and the effect of gear speed on the meshing force was studied.The results of the analysis show that the meshing force increases sharply due to a short period of stalling during the upper commutation section,and decreases sharply during the lower commutation section because the contact area becomes smaller and the gear rack opens up to a certain extent;the high speed of the gears should be avoided as much as possible during the operation of the pumping unit,and it is important to ensure a low and uniform working environment for the smooth and safe operation of the pumping unit lifting mechanism.It is important to ensure a low and uniform working environment for the smooth and safe operation of the lift mechanism.
