摘要
当前返乡农民工的职业身份出现了明显转型,为了厘清其与乡村振兴的互动机理,文章首先在统计调研的基础上对此进行了量化描述,之后建立了一个效用函数并刻画了“直接经济收益-非直接经济收益效用无差异曲线”,对此进行推理分析。文章认为,该现象的内因是农民工人力资源禀赋价值在市场经济规律作用下的再发现,外因是中国经济的高质量发展带来经济的结构性调整,而乡村振兴战略的实施为这种新变化提供了更加广阔、坚实的空间,这也为“农民工”这一特定历史名词的消失提供了新的可选途径。最后提出为返乡农民工就业创业提供“精准培训”等建议。
Rural revitalization needs talents support,and returning migrant workers have natural advantages.At present,the career identity of returning migrant workers has had obvious transformation.In order to clarify its interaction mechanism with rural revitalization,firstly,this paper describes them quantitatively on the basis of statistical surveys,and then,a utility function and“the Utility Indifference Curve of Direct and Indirect Economic Benefits”are established for inference analysis.It is concluded that the internal cause of this phenomenon is that the value of migrant workers’human resource endowment is rediscovered under the rule of market economy and the external cause is the structural adjustment of the economy brought by the high-quality development of China’s economy.The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy provides a broader and more solid space for this new change,and also provides a new alternative way for the disappearance of the specific historical term“migrant workers”.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions such as“precise training”for the employment and entrepreneurship of those returning migrant workers.
