摘要
俗话说“民以食为天”,在日益富足的物质生活条件下,饮食已经不仅仅是为了填饱肚子,人们有了更多的时间和精力去研究饮食、注重饮食养生。根据中医理论,可将中国地域简略地分为北、东、南、西、中五个方位分别归纳总结饮食养生智慧。
As the saying goes,“Food is the most important thing for the people”.Under the increasingly affluent material living conditions,people have more time and energy to study diet and pay attention to diet health.According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,China can be divided into five regions:north,east,south,west and middle.Each region has its respective wisdom of diet and health preservation of each region which can be summarized accordingly.
