摘要
导师负有对研究生进行思想政治教育的首要责任。结合实践体会和思考,首先阐明了导师在研究生思想政治教育中发挥首要责任人作用的意义,然后分析当下高校中导师开展研究生思政教育工作的现状,并揭示其充分发挥首要责任人作用的主要障碍。在此基础上,对如何促进导师充分发挥该作用进行了探讨,可为各高校加强研究生思想政治教育工作提供借鉴。
The supervisor has the primary responsibility for the ideological and political education of graduate students.Firstly,this paper expounds the significance of supervisors playing the role of the primary responsible person in the ideological and political education of graduate students,and then analyzes the current situation of supervisors' ideological and political education of graduate students in colleges and universities,and reveals the main obstacles for them to give full play to the role of the primary responsible person.On this basis,how to promote the supervisors to give full play to this role is discussed.This paper can provide reference for universities to strengthen the ideological and political education of graduate students.
