摘要
本文在构建装备制造业高质量发展评价指标体系的基础上,利用熵权法对中国2004—2019年装备制造业及其子行业的高质量发展水平和演变趋势进行测度分析,并通过计量模型对其影响因素进行检验。研究发现:样本考察期内,装备制造业高质量发展水平呈现波动上升趋势,其中电子设备制造业是高质量发展指数排名第一的子行业,仪器仪表制造业则是增幅最大的子行业;装备制造业高质量发展水平受到智能制造水平、市场化程度、生产性服务业发展水平环境规制强度等因素的显著作用,金融发展对装备制造业高质量发展的影响尚未彰显。研究结论对科学评估装备制造业发展质量和推动装备制造业高质量发展具有一定的参考价值。
On the basis of constructing the evaluation index system of high-quality development of equipment manufacturing industry,this paper measures and analyzes the high-quality development level and evolution trend of China's equipment manufacturing industry and its sub industries from 2004 to 2019 by using the entropy weight method,and tests its influencing factors through the econometric model.It is found that during the sample survey period,the high-quality development level of China's equipment manufacturing industry showed a fluctuating upward trend,in which the electronic equipment manufacturing industry ranked first in the high-quality development index,and the instrument manufacturing industry was the largest growth sub-industry.The high-quality development level of equipment manufacturing industry is significantly affected by the level of intelligent manufacturing,the degree of marketization,the development level of producer services,the intensity of environmental regulation and other factors.The impact of financial development on the high-quality development of equipment manufacturing industry has not yet been obvious.The conclusion of this paper has certain reference value for scientifically evaluating the development quality of China's equipment manufacturing industry and promoting the high-quality development of equipment manufacturing industry.
